Edinburgh-born chef Tom Kitchin is co-proprietor at The Kitchin, a Michelin-starred contemporary Scottish restaurant in Leith, Edinburgh. Prior to that, Tom completed an apprenticeship at The Gleneagles Hotel and went on to train under the likes of Pierre Koffmann, Alain Ducasse and Guy Savoy.
Tom opened The Kitchin alongside his wife, Michaela Berselius Kitchin, in 2006 and became Scotland’s youngest winner of a Michelin star just six months after opening. You can follow Tom on Instagram at @tom_kitchin.
